Item arrived as described, and is now installed, have not run it yet, but I am certain it will run much better than the original which had gotten bent. No amount of force could straighten it out. As a result, it would not maintain the correct height while printing. I would have settled for just getting a new slider plate, but I am happy I ordered this one because it came with new rollers already installed. Thank you for helping get my CR 10s Pro ready to Go.
